Wow, 22 years since the first time I saw "Star Wars" on the big screen, it's a life time, isn't it? I might say I'm a fan... :) Well, the first contact I had with a Star Wars game was the original X-Wing. At the time I didn't have a sound card or even a joystick (remember playing it with a mouse? ;) But who cared, it was great! Then TIE Fighter followed, maybe the best game yet. The first X-W editor I learned about was XDK, the X-Wing Design Kit, then XMB and TMB for T/F, all for DOS. This was before Internet. When I start surfing on the WEB, I soon learned about TFW, by the great Evan Sabatelli and soon XvTW. It was when I started with page, converting some X-Wing missions for XvT. At that time I was contacted by the people working on the XW to XvT Project and I found XvTED and Datamaster's Website. It was a great time! I also got TIEEDIT, by Mark Samious, the only editor to have a cockpit tool added and start messing with it. After a couple cockpits done, I made a small tutorial to try helping people willing to do the same, this project was never finished, actually... Now, here I am... When opt editing started, I never imagined I could do most of the things I can do today and if I can now, I must thank everybody around here for it. Thank you, guys! :)
