You can try this:

At offset 08058C, replace 0F85F5000000 with 909090909090.
At offset 080D7C, replace 0F85E0000000 with 909090909090.
At offset 08304B, replace 0F85E9000000 with 909090909090.
If this works, I will include it in the hook.

Making the camera turn for B-Wing on S-Foils closing for slots other than 4 is not yet supported.

I'm able to reproduce the crash.
You're right. The game crashes when a mesh with a high face count has a transparent texture.

Hello,
When a PNG image is imported, it is loaded as a 32-bit texture. You need to convert it to 8-bit by clicking on "Convert All to 8 bits".

Basically the box next to Arc 3 is in the wrong place, I fixed this back in January and also fixed the POV X,Z,Y settings and removed all the writing I inserted, I'm limited to what I can do, basically I've just rearranged the UI. One more thing: The guns are not destructible. To be destructible, a mesh need to have the "Explosion Type" set to "Type1, Type2".

Hello,
The texture names begin with an underscore.
When a texture name begin with an underscore, the game skips loading the lightmaps.
Is this intentional?

Yes.
When locating waves files, the game concats "waves\" and the file path in .lst files.
For instance, when opening the first file in "RSPXWA1.LST", the game opens "waves\REBEL_PILOT1/A0P1001.wav".

Hello,
The waves in .lst files are refered by their index in the file. So there is no differences what the file names look like to. The limitation is that the file name must not contain spaces.

TIPS: To avoid to have to switch the folders, you can launch the game directly with XWingAlliance.exe for a given folder instead of Alliance.exe (the launcher).

Hello,
The best way is to reinstall the game.
Then you can make a copy of the game folder. Use the copied folder to test crafts, leaving the main game directory intact.

The hook replaces "CorellianTransportGunner.opt" with "[Player]Gunner.opt" if it exists. It doesn't work when there are multiple players with custom gunner. It seems that the first custom gunner is loaded.
As a workaround, you can place the different gunner opts to different slots.
