Ace Antilles had them hosted but the site is down.

Check Jefe Picaro's site.
He's got it under Downloads -> Sounds -> X-Wing Alliance

I had planned to get the site back up but not to update it.
Then losing my job and getting a job and losing interest got in the way.
Maybe one day...
