I made a new model of the old Z-95, ispired by some Wookieepedia informations and some interesting images on google:
The Z-95mk1 Headhunter, also known as the Z-95 Mark I Headhunter or Z-95 S Headhunter, was the first model in the Z-95 Headhunter series produced by Incom/Subpro. An atmospheric fighter craft, it was outfitted with a bubble-cockpit, swing-wings and had twin engines on its forked tail. Weapons hardpoints were located on the fighter's wings and fuselage.
This is my version for XWA:
Multi-role starfighter, built before the Clone Wars to equip the air defense of many planets. The Z-95 Mk.I was designed to operate both in the atmosphere and in space. Unlike the later versions, the Mk.I was not equipped with an automated system for navigation in hyperspace; it was necessary the presence of a second pilot, or navigator, for the management of the hyper-guide. The presence of a second seat was also necessary for flight training missions and for air and space surveillance missions.
It has working S-Foils. I wanted it to be like the F-14 Tomcat: a bit old, but always fascinating...
I hope you like it I will use the Mk.I for some new REBCP missions on Alderaan...
You may download the OPT at MTD Industries site. Enjoy!

Heh it looks like a bSG Viper and an Z-95 had a baby with a Victory-Mk2 watching
That being said, I really like that look. Got something oldschool-ish to it while at the same time looking really sleek and fast.

I like the design a lot! Much better than the one that's in the game.

Really good looking ship, something that might be cool in the future could be one where the wings swing forward and back sorta along the longitudinal axis similar to the ship from Rebel One, especially for these "earlier" craft. What made me think about it was how Learjets you see around at airports these days are based of an old fighter jet design, just an idea. Again, this is a beautiful ship!
