Please someone respond to this. Recently I don't know when my computer says it is missing a file to run my Voodoo 2 (I updated it before all this happened and it worked fine). If I go into the System and find the Voodoo 2 it says this device is working properly and it is not. Now that my computer went whacky the graphics in XWA suck they look like X vs T graphics except even worse. Any suggestions would be nice.

It would help if you told us which file it was that is missing... Is it a glide32.dll or what? Anyways try going into XWA and checking your GFX options and seeing if there may be a problem there....
Aside from that there's not much I can do with the way you've described it...

If you want to know the error message, it reads "Rundll" (I have no idea what Rundll is) can't find "3dfxv2ps.dll" Everything seems fine in the options in XWA, but instead of saying the Voodoo 2 for the 3d accelerator, it says Primary Display driver or something, and I can't change it.

I don't know if that's the solution for this problem, but I had this one also some time ago (time of XWA demo). I reinstalled my Diamond Moster 3DII with a driver update and everything was fine, but I guess it should also help if you search for this dll in your windows directory and copy it in your XWA directory. I hope this helps! Can't promise it...
------------------
~BF~
Igma
[This message has been edited by Igma (edited 16 November 2000).]

basicly check to see if 3dfxv2ps.dll IS there, and iff not either rinstall the drivers or look to the 3dfx site for a dwn/load
