Question For The XWAU Team......

This question is mainly for the XWAU Team... anyone can answer, but since the XWAU Team is making 'new & improved' opt's I thought it should be appropriate that they answer this question....<P>Since your main goal is to 'upgrade' as much of the ships as you possibly can, I am concerned about the stability of the game. Just for 'my' peace of mind on this matter, if you add all the completed craft that you completed so far,... is the game stable?<P>My sytem is a Dell, 400 mhz 128RAM 8.3G hardrive, 19' Monitor (17.9 viewing) 3D Blaster Annilator2 (w/ Geforce2 GTS 32mb chipset w/DDR), SoundBlaster Live sound card. Altec Lansing AD305 Speakers & Subwoofer, plus (2) Altec Lansing speakers in the rear. MS Gamevoice and Forcefeedback Pro. Hopefully I am saving some money up to get another Dell.. I am trying to get a Ghz PIII, if I can. (Talk is, it is more stable than the P 4's) <P>Sincerly, rogue518<P>

I had 24 A/FRG runnign around and shooting eachother. With all Video settings set to maximum. Now taht is 2000+ faces per a ship (24x2000=48,000) faces. And it was sluggish on my 350 Mhz, 256 MB Ram, VooDoo 4 PCI<P>Sluggish! It was still playable. There are not many missiosn taht have 24 BIG ships in it. And even if it did you are not looking at them all the time.<P>Don't worry, it is fine
