Ah yes, the awe-inspiring Freedom Station. A complete and utter pain to take down in Deep Space.
Really looking forward to this opt!

Freedom Station as the Rebel Platform. This is amazing!
I don't judge tactics. The Battle is the best and only Judge.

OH MY SWEET LORD THAT ESCORT SHUTTLE COCKPIT. My body is ready.
My feedback would be instinctively to stay away from black because the starfield is black, but again you make a valid point with everything else in universe being black.

So, Do you have what it takes?
Maybe I do. At least Driftwood seemed to think so when he made OPT's from some of my models.
I was very surprised, in a good way, to se my models here.
I thougt to myself, if he can do that, why wouldn't I
So here's my first attempt
Good enough?

And thank you too, I've been doing a search on your name, you have a prolific resume sir, well done, perhaps you could port some of your craft over to XWA, now you've wet your toes, with these little gems

Never quite realized how dated the XWAU satellites looked until I compared them side-by-side.
Nice work!

Nice work Warb. Saw your moddb.com models too. Agreed, your added talent here would be awesome.

It has grown to be quite a list over the years but I wouldn't considder most of them XWAUP quality. They were made for a RTS after all. I do have several in mind that I think would be worthwhile.
I would like to tackle some models for XWAUP aswell if that is allright.
I do have a couple of questions if you dont mind.
Can I make a texture iluminated with Jeremya's OPTeditor or do I need another tool fot that.
Same for transparency.

Hello,
You can set transparency and illumination with XwaOptEditor or OPTech.
With XwaOptEditor,
- to set transparency, import an image that have an alpha channel (.png for instance),
- to set illumination, in the "Illumination" tab, select a color or a range of colors then click on "Make illuminated".

There are many of your works that while not XWAU related, are at the very least in my humble, yet strongly biased opinion given that I've already converted some of your stuff over as you've noticed, that are more than good enough to add to the game.
I already have the Finalizer, mostly converted over for instance. Hardpoints are driving me absolutely mad right now though.
That said, the satellites are coming along well by the look of it and I look forward to seeing more of your stuff in the future!

Thank you Jeremya. I somehow managed to download an old version of you opteditor Downloaded the correct version now and works like a charm. Thanks for the great eeditor.
Driftwood, The finalizer and raider corvette are some of my best. But not all of them are that good i think. I tend to struggle with the textures most of the times until i decide "it's as good as it's gonna get" and be done with it (the imperial transport being an example)
Anyway, I'm working on something a bit more complex than a satalite now, see how that goes. stay tuned

So, the comm relay. I realy dislike the original model withe the bits and pieces not even connected to eachother. I hope you'll like my version a bit better.
I couldn't get the illumination to work however

In XWA Opt Editor, before you start to illuminate, first click reset illumination
Next you basically have to select each pixel then click illuminate, to check what have done or need to illuminate, click between Default and 0
and don't forget to save your opt.
It's very tedious and make your hand go to sleep, but I've illuminated all three Opts for you
Oh very nice work on the Comm Relay
Keep up the great work, oh your missing SatD lol
