That looks bigger then the lego ISD (I have seen one up close) the lego one uses 2x2 plates for the side batteries, and the sensor domes on top are about as big as gold balls.
This is at least 2x then the scale used for the ISD
I doubt you can by one

Judging from that picture, I'd call it a minimum of 4 feet. Probably 6-7 if it is a display piece.
Most of those ships from Ep III have unnaturally tall conning towers compared to their main body, giving them really funny forward profiles. Silent Hand is the same way. The length makes them look normal from the side though

I'd make a bunch of little ARC fighters and V-wings to put in the main hangar.
of course this would be more fun if you had a Trade Fed Battleship of the same scale to go with it :D

That Carrack is pretty good. The Strike and Lancer are decent. The Dreadnaught and Corvette are iffy though.

How long you think some thing like that takes to put together?

Death Star and ISD, with instructhins, would take me about 2-4 hours. The little ships, without instructions, 1-3 hours. I;m fast with Legos.

That DS II has the same stand my lego X-Wing and Tie Interceptor have. Took quite a while to build those ;)
