Fantasy flight games has recently published a new pen and paper RPG with the star wars universe. The first core book is called "Edge of the Empire" which deals with "han solo" type adventures where you are shady characters trying to eck out a living in the outer rim.

The have already published one adventure book, and are soon to come out with 3 rule supplements, and another core book "Age of Rebellion" from the look at the credits a lot of the old West End Games crew is helping.

It has become the #2 hottest selling RPG of the summer. What sets it apart is it's unique narrative dice system

I have already ran as the Gamemaster 4 adventures with a group of 5 people.

I played it. The special dice were kind of off-putting at first, it just came off as an unnecessary gimmick, but I think it worked out really well. This has been the first time I was interested in a SW RPG since the West End d6 version. It blows away the "D&D in Space" WotC game.
