anyone played Privateer 2 back in the day? It was my favorite game space sim when it released in 1996, i haven't played other space sims before it so i couldn't understand the critics who say its so dissapointing to this predecessor which was set in the Wing Comander Universe.
I was totally drawn into the Cyberpunk universe, it has great cut scene and the gameplay mechanics like the traiding and equipment was really accessible for beginners like me.
Some cut scene missions were really entertaining, espacially the one with Brain Blessed
Now i can say it has a few flaws like the relative low difficulty and lack of windows os compatibilty.
But when was exploring the Tri-System i thought how great it will be to have those awesome universe as a part of multiplayer feature (mmos were unknown to me at that time).
