Fun little Star Wars game...

This is a fun little Star Wars game I found on the net called Red5. You fly the "trench run" on the Death Star during the battle of yavin. http://boadle.com/red5/

Cool game, I liked it. Reminded me of The Star Wars Trilogy Arcade Game. Beat it twice, didn't die the first time, just screwed up at the exhaust port lol. I also like the little camera at the top when you fly away. Nice find!

You can get it from a variety of sites. You can obtain the predecessor 'The Battle of Yavin' from this site too but I find the 'Battle of Endor' a lot more addictive.

btw try also lurker's BoE and BoY mods and Napseeker's "Invasion of Cardassia" and "Tron Reconizer" mods.

I agree with you: I also think that BoE is better than BoY.

:lachtot: This is the one of my favourite game. I enjoy playing it and spending hours and hours playing it. btw do you have a research paper about the game, or strategy guide perhaps

BoE and BoY are truly masterpieces from my point of view (amateur-designed games, funny and of good quality level)... i hope someday i'll get some time to bring on my idea about the "Open XWA" engine together with Vinicius

Made near 1,000,000 points. Really simple but cool game.
