Soon to be released: EvilleJedi's Recusant-Class Destroyer for the ROTS: Battle over Coruscant Shipset. Converted and OPTed by Berruga with some more tweaks and touch-ups by myself... ;)

Wow that is great and it came out of nowhere. Somehow the textures on your newer ships seem is a heck of a lot better then the panneling on the Droid Control ships. Its clear your getting alot better. :(<p>[ 05 March 2006: Message edited by: darklord ]

Very nice work, G_T. I've heard you are a little short on time these days...do you need an experienced mission designer to help out with the missions?

@darklord, I didn't make those textures, neither the ones on the Droid ship. Like I said, textures on this one(apart from one or two, like the model itself, are made by EvilJedi. The Droid Control ship was made by Rebel, I just updated both models a little. And concerning DS' and DTM's stuff, well, what do you think does my Coruscant battle consist of?<P>@Abolisher, well, the mission is pretty much done actually, but if there's any way you can improve it, go ahead.<P>I'll email you all the files this evening.<p>[ 05 March 2006: Message edited by: General_Trageton ]

This is slightly OT, but I was wondering, will you be adding blue lasers to the shipset? I know new projectile sounds don't work, but with the volume of laser fire being exchanged, you wouldn't really notice when a few of them don't make any noise.

Oh come on GT stop using better game engines to render stuff to tease us :P<P>I still can't believe that XWA can look that good haha

Wow! That ship is beautiful! I couldn't tell that was in game for a second (seriously! @_@)!<P>The only thing that really stands out for criticism is the blurryness in the final shot. It doesn't seem right to me. It's probably supposed to be like that or something though, so ignore me.

Very nice. I knew this would only be a matter of time.<P>One question. Will there be a single engine variant?

I actually don't much care for it. The textures seem much lower-res than the rest of the ships. Will you be sharpening them, or are they stuck this way?

Don't be so picky, it looks fine though it would be nice if GT could post a few non-in-game pics so we could get to see the true colours of the craft.<P>Well done to Berruga and EvilleJedi :)

1. I already did sharpen them. Scaling them down had already taken away quite some of the detail, I suppose. I cannot say for sure though, since I received it this way and it's not been my job and intention to completely redo the thing. I did what I could so far to sharpen the more significant parts and I think I'm fine with what has been done.<P>here's a shot from XWGL.<BR> Image

Good job, EvilleJedi, Berruga, and Vince! I think it looks really good personally. Well, for such an ugly ship at least. :-P :)

What was the model originally made for, out of curiosity?

Warlords seems to trade with XWAU on a semi regular basis.

True. I just wish I could get Warlords to work. <P>I do have some issues with a few of the decisions made by Warlords on ships, especially the hunchback having winglets.
