In case anyboy asks: This is not the BSG Viper.
Well, I've said pretty much what was to be sai in the teaser thread. So here it is, the XT-100 Viper v2.0 revisite complete with Cockpit and Exterior.
One of the first fighters of ShiCon's XT-series has been designed and constructed thirty years before the foundation of the United Planets. For many years this long range starfighter was the primary defence force in the common areas of the later UPA territory.
The Viper's design is compact and simple and practically oriented. Fairly large to today's standards it was yet revolutionary in its very combat-worthy design that yet left the pilot enough room to easily move and, in fact, set his seat backwards and rest during long-range flights.
When the Victory Fighter was developed the outdated Vipers were sold to museums and private buyers.

Even the older Viper looks beautiful now! I know I say it a lot about your work, (and you deserve it for everything) but great job on this one!

Yeah, Shicon Dynamics built the whole XT Series (Viper, Victory MK1&2, Piranha etc.) and also the CSX-600.

Don't be daft, you cobbled them together in Rhino

Another masterpiece.
I'd love to see a video of you actually working away at one of your models, giving narration as you work on it. Nothing major, just a simple five minutes would do.
You're such a maestro at this stuff, that it's difficult for me to fully comprehend just how fast you're working, how you readjust areas that you don't like, and whatnot.
It'd be interesting to see, at least for me.
Thank you for your work!

I can't believe it hadn't occurred to me to say this until now, but you really should consider a professional career in video games, GT.

@Kyle: Fast? This one took me some two years to finish (ok, I did the texture bulk last month)
I think you overrate me.
I'm good at what I'm because I focus only in that small area of starship creation, and because I have no pressure, schedule, deadline or anything on my back. I work on my ships when I feel like doing so.
If I'd do this professionally I'd be bound to all that crap mentioned above and it's even less likely I'll be making starships. Besides, if I did this professionally, what'd I do for hobby? making out with the PR ladies and game convention hostesses?
come to think of it....

@GT: Well, at any rate, you're very talented and really push the XWA engine to the limits. We all love your work.
