JM made the original one your referring to Sax, Bios Boy made this newer version some years afterwards
At one time it was in the DSUCPv1.1 but I replaced it in the DSUCPv2.1
The zip includes a MxVTED shp file not sure if the statistics are correct, and the opt itself
