I'm running into a problem when it comes to using regions and having the player craft locations stay static. I can place my Z-95 in front of its Escort Carrier, give it a way point and hyperspace buoy (using the Wizard) and everything is fine. Now, in region two I have a starting point near the buoy which is set to region 2 ( the starting point ). When I would go back to region #1 my Z-95 is not in its original position and the way points are messed up.
Can someone give me some advice here on how to set this up properly or what I'm missing?

I do believe the entry points after hypering are in relation to where you place the navbuoys. It's been a while since I'd been fluent in waypoint editing so right now that's all I have to offer. JM used to have a very(!) comprehensive guide on mission making but unfortunately his site went down a few years back.

That would happen to me as well between switching regions. What worked for me was, I would click on the order from the 1st region and the ship would revert back to the position I had it at before I started messing with the new region.
May the Force be with you all.
