Search feature finally active

Hey folks!
Since everybody else is apparently working on overdrive I figured I should get off my lazy behind and get some work done as well. So I finally upgraded my hosting package to allow for larger databases and lo and behold I was finally able to activate the forums search functions.
So, no more using google search or blindly looking through threads. You can now finally properly search the forum
The search result page might look a bit funny as it has not been adapted to the new look, but it's not too bad and since I have a killer headache I think it might be a while before I'll change that.

Thank you Force Flow...google and others were not very reliable at properly indexing the threads.
Saves a LOT of headaches, you'll see...kind of like Excedrin on a screen.

Now I just have to fix all those other problems that popped up due to the upgrade.
Plenty of error messages showing up all over the pages... Really annoying!

Dear Forceflow, thank you for all the efforts for this forum and the website.
I was wondering... you are paying for all the stuff and the hosting package, right?
Why not to activate a paypal donation button for "XWAUP maintenance"?
I would be honored to contribute, obviously without any claim, demands and interference afterwards.
Just a tiny idea i got.

Thanks for the offer, and yes I am paying for the hosting and stuff. It was however always the idea that the XWAU is a strict non-profit project. Besides the fact that this could lead into some legal issues I also see some potential problems with on how to distribute the money. The webpackage that the XWAU is being hosted on is on a shared account that I also use for other things.
For now I can afford it, and considering how much time and effort all the other members put into the project it wouldn't feel right that I am the only one getting reimbursed for my contribution.
