Quick question...I know the default flight group color for this one is for Gold Squadron, but would that also be the case for Shadow Squadron (The Clone Wars) or are Shadow Squadron's colors in a different flight group slot?

There is a choice of Ywing, you can either install the default yellow Ywing (Yellow, Red, Blue, Green)
or the other option is the regular Ywing (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green)

Either way the installer also includes the altered missions to reflect the colour change, the Flight group colour is the only thing to be altered in the mission.

Shadow Squadron is from the first season of "The Clone Wars" animated series...Anakin's squadron of Y-wings in the "Malevolence" story arc. Come to think of it, though, those Y-wings are the better-armored version and would be out of place in a game taking place in the OT period.
