Yes folks, it's yet another download! And it's a wonderful one as well. This beauty completed the YT series, so make sure you grab them all and check those beauties out in the game:

But before you do don't forget to thank DTM and Darksaber who teamed up to bring you this beauty!

Great job, guys! This project has really been chuggin' along lately. :D

I'm loving the cockpit. I don't want to give too much away, but I'll say that the footprints and the little plate on the flight yoke are a nice touch. And the cans. Those are great! XD

Hey I don't deserve any credit for this it's all DTM's work, all I did was fix a few problems DTM was having :)

I've spent some weeks working at the 3D model and textures, but thanks to Darksaber's help (many houers of hard work and good suggestions) this model has become a wonderful playable opt. Thank you Darksaber.

Also I would like to thank the XWAUP team, who gave his support and continues to work on new opts. After 12 years this project still has a strong will. The Otana will not be the last opt made by our team, we still have something to upgrade. New starships and stations are coming soon ;) . The releases of the SSD and Otana are the best opportunity to decide to install the old XWA again and play some Azzameen's widescreen adventure!

You did a great job DMT! I just finished with the Rebel Hospital mission and was able to blow the SDII away the the Otana's turrets and ion cannon. It was so much fun! The new ops have been well worth the wait.

And don't sell yourself short Darksaber. Where would a Jedi apprentices be without his master? :D

Thought there might have been a little more feedback on the Otana and the SSD, guess after 12 years there isn't much interest now :(

I agree Dark Saber, it is disappointing. But in people's defense, there were long periods of time where nothing happened here. I myself stopped coming here as regularly as I used to. I would usually be disappointed, but every now and then  Hurray!

Maybe when the word gets out, people will come back and give you guys who make these amazing models the credit and accolades they deserve. :applaus:

I can't believe it's taken me a full week to have the time to comment on this, but I guess that's what work does to you.

DTM, this is nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to you the second half of the consistently rated 'most wanted' XWAU opts is in our hands, and boy was it worth the wait. She's a really beauty, and we're a very lucky community to still have people like you releasing such fine work.

And we're just as lucky to still have you around DS. Seems like you still have a hand in most things that come our way (the installers alone are a godsend). So thanks to you as well.

And we've still got a bunch of things in development! 2012 is already looking like it could be a seminal year for XWAU!

As an aside, that's all the mission flyable opts remodelled! I know that in terms of sheer numbers, that's not actually that many. But having that finally achieved feels like a real milestone.
