Hi I have picked this game up again with the recent update and was up to the mission where the Sabra and Selu have to check the containers, we both jump to the first area. So far the Selu flies into a container and is instantly destroyed thus failing the mission. I couldn't find any other post about it, has been addressed already or anyone else have this issue?

Can you add some more information? What OS are you running, what version of XWA (CD, Gog, Steam) which version of XWAU are you running and do you have the TFTC installed?

This happened to me too when I played the mission last year.
I tried reinstalling a couple of times to no avail.

The way I ended up completing the mission was put all energy into engines, speed up and get ahead of her, then spam the O key (closest objective) until finished.

Mhm... I just replayed the mission and had no issues with it. The Selu was able to inspect all containers with no crashing at all. @cpthooker Can you attach your mission file?

I had a quick look at the mission files and can't see anything unusual.
I don't think the main aspect of the mission has been altered since the classic days
Chief XWAU Team annoying nitpicker.

After looking in my install folder for the missions I saw that I did have TFTC installed, I tried a complete re-installation of XWA, downloaded the XWAU files again and used the effects 2.0 and tried the mission again and she didn't fly into any containers. I wonder what caused it, sorry for the trouble.

Yeah, that mission appears to be the same that I have in my install. Very strange that it was not working in your game. But glad to hear you were able to fix the issue!

Hi everyone. I'm new to this community and have no modding ability- I had this same problem on this mission (Only the XWAU megapack installed, Steam, Win10).

I was able to get around it by using wingmate commands to get Aeron to Wait- then I'd inspect all the containers- then command her to Resume.

Just a low-tech solution for anyone after a bandaid fix :)

Huh. The first time I tried this, the Selu did indeed crash, while the second time, it didn't. XWAU Mega Pack 5.5, TFTC 1.2, GOG, Win10.

I had a similar issue with the Vasudra in B0M5 randomly crashing in the Transfer Site, and just like last time, the second time I played it, it went off without a hitch.
