New updated hi res cutscenes

Hi,

I confirm that @PopoPirat and I, we heve completed the updated high resolution cutscene:

English and Italian

Now are in 60 FPS and with better upscaling processing.

Before download it you need to the new version of TgSmush.dll made by @JeremyaFr.

I've only had a quick look at these personally. I need to do more comparisons.
I spotted at glitch in BATTLE7B where the ships flicker and shimmy. Almost like they are going too fast.
Also in BATTLE7A the clip is 4 seconds longer and seems to freeze on the screen at the end.
I have not looked at them in the game yet though.

I still say well done to you and @PopoPirat both for spending time and effort working on them :)
I'll look more when I have more time.

Hi @Ace Antilles,

About the flicker this unfortunatenly is a artefact of frame interpolation.

In the next months (or years) the algoritms will improve.

Your impression is right, becouse when you convert a old 15 FPS to 4x times (60FPS) can make this visual effect in some situations.

About BATTLE7A can be cut at the last 4 seconds.
