Hook_32bpp.dll concern

Since we've had the Hook_32bpp.dll we've gone through various degrees of brightness within the hangar
(Please note: that Blue Max's effect are not installed at this point)
but how do we get from this with no Hook_32bpp.dll (please ignore the craft and object) I'm just talking about the hangar

to this! Which includes the latest Hook_32bpp.dll (please ignore the craft and object)

There's no illumination what so ever the lights of the hangar are dull and lifeless
If it wasn't for every texture in the hangar being illuminated it would look like this
. .
And this is without a Hook_32bpp.dll or fully illuminated textures (this is just to show what we have come from)

Sorry about this Jeremy, but please put some life back into the illumination
