Hook_32bpp.dll concern

Since we've had the Hook_32bpp.dll we've gone through various degrees of brightness within the hangar

(Please note: that Blue Max's effect are not installed at this point)

but how do we get from this with no Hook_32bpp.dll (please ignore the craft and object) I'm just talking about the hangar

There's no illumination what so ever the lights of the hangar are dull and lifeless

If it wasn't for every texture in the hangar being illuminated it would look like this

And this is without a Hook_32bpp.dll or fully illuminated textures (this is just to show what we have come from)

Dim, minimum, it's alway been set at that

The image above it basically the same as a hook_32bpp from 20 July 2019 16:14 you released 3 that day this was the second version you posted, to be honest I don't mind it

It is a little extreme for everyone else I think though, is it possible to tone it down a touch :)

Just tested it, that I don't mind :D

I had to remove the Hook_D3d.dll though as it's still playing up

The issue is related to the illumination default value.
It was 63.
In the WIP, it is 255.

We need to find a value that work fine in all cases.
