too busy, been trying to work on models. Unfortunately since I lost paint shop and texture maker I haven't been doing too much there. I have also started and stopped several times on trying to get the story going. Seems I've lost all inspiration though. Think I'll do a flashback just to see if i can get those creative juices flowing again. I do have to admit it is fun to reread all of the old battle threads.

I posted a while ago, but never anything that brought everyone up to date with what's been happening with me. Most of you know I bowl, and the last calendar year or so has been over the top. A large part of that was a bowler I know becoming the 26th bowler to throw a 900 series (three perfect games) here back in February. My bowling center also hosted the Mass. state tournament, which was a success, despite me running brackets on a borrowed laptop the last weekend because my backpack fell out of my brother's car and my own laptop suffering a cracked touchscreen. More recently, I've joined a second league (Sunday night), which seems to have helped, b/c my two averages are back up in the 180s so far after averaging only 160-ish last season.

I'm still working on helping my choir get the attention it deserves, which is kinda tough since that kind of music isn't mass-compatible, especially with younger audiences. Apart from that, I'm doing my various graphic/novel projects, play all sorts of games and help managing a 400+ members guild in SWTOR.

Long time no speak, guys. I think the last time I posted anything here was back in 2012, so yeah...it's been a while (though I have popped in from time to time).

Long story short, I got involved with a lady, she ended up trampling all over my heart...you know how it goes. Sort of lost interest in a lot of the things I was involved with while I was with her (not Star Wars, of course...never Star Wars ). Started getting into the medieval period and a little living history, met some awesome guys, made some armor, played knight—all kinds of fun stuff.

Anyway, I think I'm going to try to start visiting the forums here a little more often. Seems a lot of breakthroughs have been made regarding one of my all-time favorite games and I have fallen sorely behind.

I hope someone has kept my seat warm.

TFA definitely complicates things. We could just ignore it, goodness knows we threw out a lot of the book canon back in the day. Or we can try to work around it, but not knowing where it's going or how it resolves seems hard.

Big news! After (my personal record of) 6 years I'll once again be moving homes. I've made the move to actually purchase a piece of real estate in form of a cozy 'little' apartment in a small town not far from where I live now. As anxious I am in the face of what feels to me like a leap of faith I'm really looking forward to finally settle into a place that is truely my own.
